The Texas Transportation Institute's 2007 Urban Mobility Report uses data from federal, state, and local agencies to develop estimates of congestion and mobility within urban area throughout the United States, including Tucson. The methodology developed by several previous research studies yields a quantitative estimate of urbanized area mobility levels, using generally available data, while minimizing the need for extensive data collection.
