The 2030 RTP project modal split is 67.1 percent roadway, 23.5 percent transit and 9.4 percent bicycle & pedestrian, programs, studies and other miscellaneous projects (e.g. debt service payments, orthophotography). Projects deemed to be needed within the 2030 timeframe, but which have no identified funding source also were identified and placed in Reserve status.
Improvements include operations and maintenance of the existing and future transportation infrastructure and safety improvements.
