Regional water resource planning for both drinking water and wastewater is a joint effort among PAG, member jurisdictions and agency counterparts. They provide input into statewide planning efforts as well.
PAG is responsible for conducting regional wastewater planning under Section 208 of the federal Clean Water Act as the designated planning agency (DPA) for Pima County. This includes areas outside tribal lands. |
