Tucson Newspapers is the agency that handles all business functions for Tucson’s two daily newspapers—the Arizona Daily Star (morning and Sunday) and the Tucson Citizen (evening); it has three major Web sites—azstarnet.com, tucsoncitizen.com and tucson.com, and a variety of other niche products. The agency is a partnership equally owned by the country’s largest newspaper group, Gannett Co. Inc., publisher of USA Today and the Citizen, and Lee Enterprises, which owns the Daily Star and several other newspapers.
The Arizona Daily Star and Tucson Citizen have a combined daily reach of over 278,000 adults. The Sunday Arizona Daily Star reaches over 364,000 adults. Tucson Newspapers Web sites garner more than 1.6 million unique visitors and 13 million page views each month.
