The following locations are available in Pima County for tire disposal and recycling:
Pima County Ina Road Tire & Green Waste Facility

The Pima County Department of Environmental Quality, Solid Waste Management Division accepts waste tires from residential and commercial customers. Tires are accepted at the Ina Road site Monday through Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 4:45 p.m. Residents may bring up to 5 standard passenger vehicle tires per year free of charge.
Any amount after 5 tires, or any commercially generated tire waste, will be charged $23.50 per ton, with a minimum charge of $11.00. For non-standard passenger vehicle tires including truck tires and other overside tires, the fee is $125.00 per ton.
City of Tucson Los Reales Landfill

Residents may bring up to 5 standard passenger vehicle tires to Los Reales Landfill for a $10 fee. Quantities of more than 5 tires for an individual resident are not accepted. (Business-generated tires, truck and other oversize tires are not accepted at this location).
Note: City of Tucson Environmental Services also accepts up to 5 tires per household, free of charge during the semi-annual Brush & Bulky cleanup program for neighborhoods within the City of Tucson limits only.
Proper recycling & disposal options for small quantities of standard passenger tires also may be available through local tire retailers. Please contact your nearest retailer for more information and to make arrangements for disposal of any unwanted tires. Disposal fees may apply.
