Directions from Interstate 10:
Turn east onto Congress Avenue, turn left onto Church Avenue and proceed north and turn right on Council Street. At the next intersection turn right onto Stone Avenue and at the next intersection turn right onto Alameda street, which is one-way. About halfway through the block, turn right into the public parking ramp.
