The TRP RTF is the advisory group for the local travel reduction ordinances (TROs) as identified in intergovernmental agreements and TROs. Meetings in 2009 will be held as needed. The TRP RTF reviews and approves the TRP survey and recommends uniform formats for data to be provided to each employer on the commuting patterns of employees, TRP plans, record keeping and reporting.
The TRP RTF submits an annual report to the PAG Regional Council which includes annual survey responses. The TRP RTF coordinates information collection, dissemination and training programs with those of PAG RideShare and Sun Tran. The TRP RTF reviews all requests from employers for variances from all or any part of the TROs. |
