Air Quality Subcommittee

The Air Quality Subcommittee (AQS) is a standing advisory subcommittee to the Environmental Planning Advisory Committee (EPAC).  Meetings are usually held on a quarterly basis, generally on the last Tuesday of the month at 1:30 p.m.

The AQS serves to evaluate regional compliance issues relating to the Clean Air Act, and reviews and makes recommendations about Air Quality Plans and proposals such as nonattainment and maintenance area plans. The AQS also provides a forum to discuss technical issues of regional concern regarding air quality.
