If you are installing a single user floating/network license, please proceed with the download and install to your server(s) as instructed above and simply choose the “floating/network license” option via the wizard process.
If you are installing the floating/network license on a single server with multiple concurrent users, please contact Manny Rosas at MRosas@pagnet.org so that ER Mapper can issue the appropriate serial and unlock codes. You will then receive an email from ER Mapper directing you to proceed with install.
If you wish to download the Image Web Server, please contact Manny Rosas at MRosas@pagnet.org.
After downloading the product, please run the installation wizard and complete the wizard request form. The wizard will generate a site code and automatically launch an email window to send the information to ER Mapper – please cc: Manny Rosas at MRosas@pagnet.org on that email.
The machine you are installing on will need an Internet connection – if the machine has no Internet connection, contact Manny Rosas at MRosas@pagnet.org for an installation CD. You will then receive an e-mail with your Authorization Code that will unlock your installed product (usually within 24 to 48 hours).
